Terms and Conditions

This platform is operated by Key Jordan for Recruitment Consultancy LLC (شركة مفتاح الأردن لاستشارات التوظيف ذ.م.م), a limited liability company registered in Amman, Jordan under registration number 38020, trading as KeyJordan ("we", "us"). It is available at kjats.com.

Who you contract with depends on where your organisation is. If it is in Jordan or elsewhere in the Middle East and North Africa, your contract is with Key Jordan for Recruitment Consultancy LLC. If it is anywhere else, your contract is with Key Global Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas, United States, which is the entity that will appear on your card statement. The service itself is delivered by KeyJordan in either case, on identical terms.

These terms apply to every person and organisation using the platform, whether as a paying client, an invited candidate, or a visitor.

KeyJordan provides online psychometric assessments and the reports produced from them. Each assessment covers five dimensions — Behaviour, Logic, IQ, Confidence and Leadership — and is scored against a benchmark sample.

A client account allows you to invite candidates, set the role and purpose that determine how sections are weighted, and read the resulting reports.

Reports are provided to inform a hiring decision made by a human being. They must not be used as the sole or automatic basis for rejecting, selecting, promoting or dismissing anyone.

You are responsible for how you use a report, including compliance with any employment, equality and data protection law that applies to you. Psychometric assessment measures likelihood across a group; it does not predict any individual outcome with certainty.

You must give accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Accounts are for the organisation they were issued to. Do not share logins across organisations or resell access.

Payments are taken through Stripe, our payment processor. The merchant of record is the entity you contracted with under "Who we are" above, and that entity handles enquiries about payment, invoicing and tax. Stripe processes the card details; we never receive or store a full card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, VAT or equivalent that applies to your purchase, which is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Plans include a monthly assessment allowance. Assessments beyond that allowance may be charged as overage at the rate shown on the pricing page.

You may not:

• Attempt to obtain assessment items, answer keys or scoring logic, or help a candidate do so.
• Sit an assessment on behalf of another person, or arrange for someone else to sit yours.
• Copy, resell or redistribute assessment content or reports outside your organisation.
• Interfere with the platform, its security, or other users’ access to it.

Assessments are time-limited, question order is randomised, and integrity signals such as tab-switching are recorded on the report. Circumventing these measures is a breach of these terms.

The assessments, items, scoring models, benchmark data, software and design remain the property of Key Jordan for Recruitment Consultancy LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

You keep ownership of the candidate information you supply. The reports generated for you may be used freely inside your organisation for the hiring purpose they were produced for.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may cause interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we are able to.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email or in the product before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Which law applies follows from which entity you contracted with, as set out above. Where your contract is with Key Jordan for Recruitment Consultancy LLC, these terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where your contract is with Key Global Group LLC, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the state and federal courts sitting in Texas have jurisdiction.

Nothing here removes a protection that the mandatory consumer or data-protection law of your own country gives you and does not allow to be contracted away.
